    I'm working out for months and months and i still can't do more than 9 pull ups and i can't even do a single dip, i only do negatives.

  • I hear planche is harder with ankle weights than with a weighted vest? Since weight is farther from your center of gravity.

  • I know, was just a suggestion, as it will work your abs more, I think it's more efficient, as putting the vest also sort of helps you stabilize, which the ankle weights will make much more difficult.

    Still, awesome job man, I hope to be as strong as you one day ;)

  • @night2tl Weighted vest for target more the shoulders/arms, ankle weight to work more the core.

    and both at a time for a total work :)

    No the vest does not help at all to stabilize, but adding ankle weight is obviously the harder because you add weight at the end of the lever.

  • @night2tl yeah i also train with ankleweight, of course i can't add a lot of weight as i can do with a weighted vest, it's much more difficult but it's also different as it does not affect the same part of the body and both are good to do.

    but i'll show some video with ankle weight in the future ;)

    as the title says, it's just a teaser ;)
