Yes, and I'm not joking. Your literally freeing up about 10 hp and 15 ft lb! It's also noticably easier on your engine. Did I already mention how good they sound? The guys at the shop loved it too ;)
I forgot to mention this.. One time I floored it at the bottom of second gear, and the rear wheels were chirping (not spinning)at the ground all the way up to about 60-70 km/h. Does anyone know a stock sequoia that is capable of that!? And when we really tried we got 25 mpg highway which is fucking good.. compared to the original 18-20.
make sure you clean that K&N intake regularly, or your gonna get a lot of gunk in that intake manifold, thats what happened to my sequoia. cost me a bundle.
yeah, i found out that the 01-04 are 240 hp. and the 05-06 are 282 due to the vvt-i, but the 07 is 273 hp because of the different methods manufacturees use of measuring hp. i have an 08 Lexus GX and the hp is 263 hp, but last year it was 270 hp

I have a 3" dual inlet and 3" dual outlet magnaflow muffler. The pipes exit straight on each side of the wheels.
