well, go slow, and it best to do a TON of groundwark, lung him, put jumps when he lunges, get him used to loud sounds, and movement. Get a kids toy ball, and throw it above him and under him, make sure he is used to the most randome things, like rope around his leg. Then just saddle him for two weeks, then the 4th wk, just lay on his back w/the saddle, then 6th wk, ride him, and gradually increase the time and the amount of work! Good luck!
