It does not work whenever I minimized the VLC.

Also, when I right clicked and refreshed my desktop.

I have'nt seen that issue myself, so I am not sure on what could fix it. Maybe try an updated version of VLC.

how did you get to record your voice on cam studio?

I don't have a PC infront of me at the moment, but I believe it was an option under audio source.

Chances are you can't. Alot of the those fingerprint readers run off of low end software. IE not intended for biometric only. Those are usually found in large corporations and cost just a few bucks. Depending on how the software works it might not be as secure as a good password.
