@drychalice When I collect citrus seeds, I wash them, leave them to dry for a couple days in a cool dry place, then I place them in paper towel and wrap it all in plastic and leave them in the fridge to stratify for a couple of weeks, then I plant them in a sterile potting soil and water the seeds with NoDamp the first watering and then use room temperature water after that, either in a window or under florescent lights, they come up in next couple of weeks, make sure they never dry out.
Another great video. I am going to be moving my tree back outside soon. I am debating cutting it like you did here. What kind of rooting agent do you use and what is the water like for the mangroves you have? Mine are doing well in fresh, yours in salt up front? thanks
@Dustinsfishtanks We used # 3 which is for hardwoods, it did not work as well as we hoped, we are going to try air layering next. We have them in fresh water in the front window and in salt water in the basement, they do well in either environment.
Great video...
One question here.
Those small oranges, I just received one and removed the four seeds from it.
What steps do I take to grow from seed.
(not all fruits are the same).
Thank you in advance.
