All I did was take pictures in sequence. I used the timer on my camera to take them without my hands. Then I put them into WindowsMovieMaker, cut the images down to run for only a couple of seconds, and added music.

I will be making a more detailed "tutorial" video about this soon, if you're interested.

Precision. I set the Video Effects to six times the Speed Up/Double, on each picture. And you have to make sure the camera is in the same spot for as long as the subject moves.

just use a normal camera for taking the pictures and then if u want to make them istop motion well the program i'd suggest is a program called studio it works pretty well i dont know if uve heard of it or not but it works for just about anything u want to do related to movies

The flash is the default setting, so yes it's automatic, and I set the timer on a 10 second delay.
