No this is I think the WK-3700, because I had a 3700 and now I have a 3800. The color of the buttons at WK3700 are grey and on WK3800 they are white

You play that really hard way. I would start playing with my middle finger and then change it to new position so there's no need to do that cross-over thumb trick.

Yes. It's a little tricky to do fast. I wouldn't recommend it for complete beginners, as I was when I made this.
