  • They were amazing. Paul one of the best singers in rock!

  • Rodgers/Ralphs/Kirke/Burrell.....LEGENDS.

What the fck is wrong with 18 who disliked this? Head up @ss syndrome?

  • Kids under 18 can't handle this much bad ass rock.

  • @hinekzokre Ridiculous--! I don't get it either.

  • I saw "the boys" play at Madison Square Garden in 1975!

Wow! What great memories--we were in the orchestra section!

  • i was at this gig aged 17 . and in april going to see paul at the albert hall london,32 years later! once a fan always a ............

  • Great stuff! Even Kirke's 'tache...

  • Saw them in Providence RI, summer of '79.

    POWERFUL show.

  • So is the intro/set-up in 1974 (as it says) and the rest in 79?

  • Im gonna see them at wembley arena on april 11th 2010!

  • Awesome!

  • One of the best opening numbers of any of the tours of that era. When they were on top of their game, Bad Co was almost untouchable. I love the groove by Boz Burrell at the end. May he rest in peace.

  • I can remember these cats tearing the roof off Madison Square Garden with this song as the opening number in 1979. To this day one of the best concerts I've ever witnessed. Great song, great band. Thanks for sharing this video. Love, Billy

  • Somebody must have flagged this as a joke or something. This is one of the best performances I've ever seen and there is nothing "inappropriate" about it!

  • It's only inappropriate because they're not playing like this anymore....

  • @proffromgview Check out the recent youtube videos of this song from the last couple of tours. They still kick ass.

  • What an awesame (maybe the best) version of one of the great rock anthems of all time. Thanks for sharing! That's what I call a community service!!!

  • Only an utter musical ignoramus could have flagged this video.

  • Paul Rogers....

the greatest rock vocalist of all time....

  • fucking legends.

  • Fuckin A man this kicks ass.

  • FUCKING LUCK OLDIES.. i'm so young.. but i live this as if is happening today.. :( but i will save rock...

  • Talk about bringing back memories! Saw them on their Desolation Angels Tour, I think it was in "79". AWESOME!!!

  • Is Paul Rogers related to Neil Diamond ? They look so much alike.

  • WOW

  • this is the best version of the song i have heard

  • Mick Ralphs is a Great guitar player and composer. You're just a rock and roll queen you know what I mean...

Seen Mick with Hunter in Zurich 2004. Great!

seen PR with Queen 2005 Great!

  • Who would flag this? Do they just won't to make it harder to hear good tunes!

  • Rock and rolls best ever!!!

  • Boz BUrrell RIP. God bless them all. What a great tour in 79.

  • Paul Rodgers along with Burton Cummings probably have the most unigue voices in rock n roll.

  • would love to have seen a live lp from these guys in the day

  • I grew up listening to these guys and this just put into prespective how great they really are

  • Thank you for this. Have wanted to see this for years. 29, to be precise. Simon Kirke with moustache, even! One of the best hard rock bands of the lot. Mick Ralphs actually avoids the camera, which is unusual for a guitarist. Like Paul Rodgers' new image, too. RiP, Boz - you were brilliant.

  • Mick is/was a great player, saw him with Mott about 8 times and BC once. Never got the credit he deserved with Bad Co. All the emphasis on PR. Not to say PR ain't a great singer, but it takes two to tango.....or four in this case.

  • I saw Bad Company in concert in LA at the Forum,

I believe it was maybe 1977? I never saw Mott the Hoople though. I loved them!!

  • only saw em once. Earls Court London Jan 75 but saw mick about 8 times with MTH 69-73..Fantastic

  • I saw Paul Rogers perform this last night in Houston with the Trans-Siberia Orchestra... it was INCREDIBLE! I was front-row center and let me tell ya, that man still ROCKS IT!

  • I saw them in 79, April, Chicago Stadium. Desolation Angels tour I believe. Great show! One of the best I ever saw and that includes every great band one can think of! Peace on,,,,,,,,,

  • lawomen: really want ta thank ya for posting this..great tune! but was wondering about the flagging..

  • If you think you are losing friends because you think you are 'bad company,' then those people are not true friends!

  • LOL they think were in the 70s, LOL y its so inapropiate..

  • wtf? why is this as inapropriate?

  • coguy405,

You took the words right out of my mouth! I don't get it! What is soooooo inappropriate about this video??

  • One of the best bands ever.Notice how American souning the sound for an English band?.Excellent songwriters !

  • The only inappropriate thing is his hair and sideburns I reckon...other than that great asever..RIP Boz.

  • The only thing inappropiate about this song is,how many babe's I laid while I listened to the song.

  • does it get any better than that !

  • how many songs recorded exist from this concert?

    exists the complete concert?

    it will be fantastic

  • Oh...this is so inappropriate...its porn!!! seriously, youtube needs to start scanning these claims.

  • Paul Rodgers...should be mentioned in the same conversation as Hendrix, Dylan, James Brown, Buddy Holly, etc...one of rock's greatest lights.

  • It's flagged as inappropriate because he talks about guns, and I guess they thought that was inappropriate for some people.

  • yet they allow all those gangsta rapper types in the ghetto to threaten ppl and cause fight in some clips.HOW do they justify this??

  • Original BAD COMPANY!!!! This footage should be available on DVD!!!

  • I thought Paul Rodgers was great as the lead singer for Bad Company, but I heard him sing with Queen a while back & he just wasn't as good with them as Freddy was.

  • Legendary

  • rocks too hard for some i suppose

  • great voice, great band, need i say more

  • Why is this flagged as "inappropriate?"

  • I was just wondering the same damn thing. Are they going to start banning books again too?

  • brilliant performance. thanks!

  • Damn, Paul Rodgers DOES look like Neil Diamond, circa 19JAZZSINGER!!! thats okay, though...

  • Boz, may he rest in peace..was also a great vocalist, check out his work on King Crimson't 4th "Islands" (where Fripp actually taught him BASS). I would like to see Paul work with Earl Slick. I think it would cook..

  • Great band...great performance, but Paul Rodgers looks like Neil Diamond here with that hair!

  • brilliant, I once knew Mick Ralphs, he is the one of the best guitar players I have known..

  • I agree.Paul's the best.

  • Paul Rodgers - the greatest voice in rock, period! Thanks for posting this classic.

  • incrediable voice!!!

  • it is soooo evident, isn't it? Paul Rodgers kicks !

  • Classic BLACK album...years ahead before AC/DC & Metallica!!!

  • paul rodgers is the best singerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • Led Zeppelin Sighned this Bad Company to their record label u know,That's Awesome

  • Wow! Ilove this song!

  • Paul Rodgers .the BEST rock singer of them all.

  • NO don't tell me that Boz died?

    no- what a great bassist!

  • You were a funny guy Boz, I wish I saw you more after you moved to spain. RIP..

  • best version of the song by far for me, ..the guitar solo is so different to the recored LP, ..great guitarist love his style and cluesy influence...simple pentatonic licks are awesome...

  • boz burrel (1946-2006) te extrañaremos

  • The best version of this song I've ever heard! Incredible!!!

  • That rocked...thanks

Is there a BC video of Seagull? I saw a Paul Rodgers one,but no BC on here.

  • My first rock concert, Houston Tx around 76 or 77.

Bad Company with DAve Edmond's rock pile opening for BC (they did Wabash Cannonball I recall) The smell of herb was STRONG I recall. Highschool heaven.

  • Can't understand why Paul Rodger has found anything since BC to really show what a fine vocalist he is.

  • haha swiftwivel..true true. lol

  • I met Paul along with Jimmy Page in 1986 outside the Edinburgh Playhouse after the Firm played. Awesome show and Paul was such a great guy staying around until we all had our Free and BadCo albums signed and photos taken.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that Paul is looking a bit Asian these days. Perhaps a little bit of plastic surgery... almost didn't recognize him in pictures on the BadCo official web site.

  • Paul Rodger's....simply the best rock voice.

  • That's a pretty bold statement. What about the late Freddie Mercury of Queen? Best living rock voice, perhaps? That way, you'd get less of an argument. Best overall? I would have to agree to disagree with you.

  • It was flagged inappropraite as no man can take that level of awesome without warning! Rock on

  • Agreed Swift, my bones have been rocked to dust after watching.

  • This is badass!!! BC in their prime. Super vid, thx.

  • You can hear that it's not so easy getting a band back together with new musicians, calling it Bad Company. This one has the drive and soul of BC, very fine band! not the followup featuring Rodgers and Philips and 2 other guys, somewhere late in the nineties.

  • i was there...my god ...i cant believe this video exixts thank you so much for posting

  • god i wish id stuck in at piano lessons at school that was brill is there anything ur tube cant do?

  • RIP Boz Burrell. :(

  • I second that emotion.

  • Pau Rodgers is one of the very few who sound as good - or better - now, than he did 30 years ago! Amazing. Rod Stewart once said Paul was the best British rock vocalist, that's a reasonably impressive endorsement! There are too many to pick only one, For yje inner circle, I also vote for John Wetton, Klaus Meine (Scorpions), Kevin Cronin, Steve Walsh (Kansas), Stevie Winwood and Freddy Mercury.

  • what about Steve Perry? Mark Knopfler doesn't have an astounding voice really, but it is very distinct and recognizable. Neil Young..Getty Lee..John Fogerty all get my vote also. I agree with your choices, but all time winner goes to Mercury..no doubt the best ever

  • What idiot flagged this video as inappropriate.

  • i know serious what a dumbass

  • Probably Madonna. This song/band/performance, despite its age, still blows publicity seeking "musicians" away.

  • i met and had the chance to talk to paul for 20 min.s in germany, he was the reason i started singing and is a realllllyyy nice bloke,AWGMJANS you forgot steve perry

  • It's really shitty that everything including rap is showed on this site, but some gay little bitch flags Bad Company. Give me a break who ever you are.

  • Great song, great band, great video! But what I don't get is why was this flagged as inappropiate. How did that happen?

  • Paul Rodgers, David Coverdle and Bon Scott. The best R&R singers ever

  • YUP I SAY SO TOO, just take out david and add Robin Zander.

  • wow my childhood comes rushing back, all we need now is uh1975

  • WHAT A VOICE!!!!! It gives me chills. There's no one like him.

  • very cool..... 2nd concert i went to as a teen in 1978

  • One of my favorite songs ever!

  • this song remind chino of him....chino is my husband

  • OH yeah... the memories. This takes me back so...

  • Ahh The memories come rushing back as a teen..Love this video,Thank you!

  • Thank you for the great video. What a treasure.

  • great performance, but rhythm section looks like jones/bonham clones

  • Fnny you say that...Bad Company was the first band ever to sign with the Led Zeppelin record label (I'm not sure what the name of the label is though). Anyway, yeah...great song!

  • the label was called "swan song" and made a hell lotta money with those two bands. but i never thought that boz weared the same tacky white suits that jonesy did, or that kirke liked so much bonzo's pub guy look

  • Paul rodgers one of the greatest vocalist to ever sing!.what a voice and in his 50's hes just as good...he is blessed

  • BAD COMPANY TILL THE DAY I DIE!!!

  • having just seen paul rodgers rock washington d.c., touring with the two queens, i got a kick out of seeing 32 years ago, paul was dressing like niel diamond, not freddy mercury. thursday night, he wore the tight pants and sleeveless t-shirts of late stage freddy. the man still can sing ! what the hell, neil diamond just put out a new album hisself. -an old fart from maryland

  • Neil Diamond... an old fart ?

I've never heard such nonsense in my entire time on Earth.

    He wrote some class tunes.

And his voice is very solid and full of texture.

You just haven't realised how good he is yet.

    Oh well...

  • My boyfriend wrote the "SusanMarie" comments using my computer. When he wrote "an old fart from Maryland" he was talking about himself, not Neil Diamond! (We both reside in Maryland.)

  • oh well...

  • I wish I could delete some of the stuff I've said .

    What a fool I am.

    Thanks for putting me straight.
