You'd probably do better at songs with a left hand melody, am I correct? Or songs with a harder left hand. Though to me, I don't have too much troubles in that case.
I love Ciccolini's interpretatioan too. Especially I like his interpretation of Chopin's Nocturne No 20 op. posth, but, to say the truth, I prefer Cyprien Katsatis's interpretation;)

Beautiful! You can hear your heart in the music despite the few errors.

I said ashkenazy, because i think he plays chopin waltzes best. because he has very crystaline and soft touch which so suits chopin's waltzes

ika2312, Ashkenazy is one of my favorites. New artists who are also good, Eugène Mursky and Alexandre Tharaud. I also really like the old
Ciccolini recording.

That was kind of random...

It would be better if you play from 1.22 to 1.26 much more slowly and more piano:);) otherwise it is quite good.

The middle part(from 0.30) is too rushed and forte, listen tu vladimir ashkenazy, it will help you to chose the right tempo/ ;)
ika2312 4 years ago 2
that is a matter of interpretation... but i am extremely honored that you compare me to ashkenazy =)
my version of the sheets only says Meno Mosso (i would guess around quarter=100 per min) but i LIKE it better when it's at around 120-130bpm
anyway, this was just "study time" (see i'm not wearing a suit? :P)
when i played this in my recital i played it a little bit more emotionally and slowly. sadly, i don't have any recorded videos of it :(
