actually I hate mr. cook who is a joke to me . He butchers this song as he has that same nickelback, pearl jam annoying voice which is also a clone of numerous other annoying singers I hear on the radio. Though sheep by it because its a familiar style of singing & tone which is cookie cutter lame to me. I wouldn't listen to his new cd if you gave it to me & I hated him on idol as well so disagree, who cares, its my opinion .I know talent when i see it, he is a nobody that will fade soon

If you hate Cook, why are you watching his videos? Most people watch videos of people they like. I don't go to videos of those I don't like & slam them. You're entitled to have your opinion, but I have to wonder what kind of charge you get from spreading this kind of crap. Clearly, you DON'T know talent when you see it. I watched it out of curiosity & gave my opinion. Spreading crap you say? no, just being realistic & blunt.Hes no great find, a project by simon with good production & hype.His anything but original, has a decent voice , just not the tone I desire.I don't give a flying squat what others feel of my opinion..just as no one cares about your little rant which sounds more like a bratty kid who wants to dominate//bully someone because they didn't agree with him. growup or you'll be a woman abuser.

I LOVE the way he sings this song. And, like wissphoto, I like seeing people stand for him. At the Red White and Boom in KC, they wouldn't let us stand up because people behind us would complain. Geez, it's a freakin rock concert, folks! It's not Andy Williams, it's ROCK. But in spite of everyone standing here, the crowd seems awfully sedate. Nice to hear people singing along though. Great video. Thanks so much for it.

Personally, I fell in love with the potential I heard in his voice on Idol, and that included his awesome rock wailing. This performance right here is everything I knew was in him, and I ADORE it.

I love seeing everyone standing for Dave. I like the gruff voice on this song it makes it a Dave song instead of another cover.
