But i wanted to know one thing from Ashley n from all those who claimed to have reduce good amount of lbs during this diet, did they only notice change in weight on weighing machine or they see the result in their b ody specialy on fat areas. any change in body statistics...?
how much cabbage did u go through in a week?, I can eat steam cabbage with some salsa on it and eat the entire head its so good. so Im wondering if I eat like 10 heads of cabbage in a week would it work? just that
im day two on the diet exept i made my own vegetable soup.. used chicken broth instead of nasty tomato juice. my soup is actually TASTY ! but considering ive eaten like two leters of it, its getting tiring ! i hope to lose atleast 8 lbs and hopefully 5 + inches.
i tried this... what a bad experience! lol.... i thought it wouldn't be so bad in the beginning... because i just thought "oh well its just cabbage soup... i can totally do this" haha well nope! i lasted 3 days.. and i was totally done with it! i couldn't stand the smell or the taste of it anymore! overall i lost 2 pounds in those 3 days! lol

@j23siempre i am doing the diet, up to day 4 now i got my recipe off cabbage-soup-diet com/recipe.html then at the top click 7day plan. I don't like the cabbage too strongly stewed, so what i tend to do is add the cabbage LAST when the rest is around 10 mins from being cooked. also i don't like mushrooms so i dont add them - the cabbage is the key ingredient here so as long as most of it is cabbage, its worked for me to add no mushrooms and more carrots and onions. hope this helps!

well, it has been a while since i've made it but I know I put about 1/4 a cabbage, a thing of canned tomatoes, 4 or 5 ground up celery sticks, a couple bell peppers, lipton french onion mix and some beef bullion cubes. As a matter of fact I have lost over 65 pounds within the last year. And yes, I cheated but I was letting my body eat those carbs because it needed it. I exercise three times a week or more religiously. So don't hate.
everyone has to realize you will still lose weight just by watching what you eat, counting calories and exercising. it doesnt have to be cabbage soup it can be any other raw food - fruits vegetables and even some fish - as long as you dont eat more calories than your burning off. eat less,move more
Headache could be due to a lack of caffeine if you are used to it. Or you need to drink more water. But if it lasts more than 3 days perhaps thats a bad sign. :s
also, i feel kind of different! i cant stand the soup ALREADY, i'm feeling very hungry and hoping that the day 4 bananas and milk will satisfy my sweet cravings. even without the diet i love blending bananas and milk together and adding some sweetenerrr. its good :) like a milkshake.

You should definitely pick up the book "Easy way to loose weight" By Allen Carr. That will help you after your dieting, so you can KEEP it off!
