The videos point to the inability of governments to institute "utopian" programs of negative liberty. Negative liberty is the existence of human beings in an environment free from coercion. Because governments are by nature the embodiment of legalized coercion, their very existence stands in contrast to the ideal of negative liberty. That is, government is the negation of liberty.
And I'm glad to say that the experiment went well. We took out government regulations and now have a few tentative results. Those results would be the bank failures and economic depression. To mitigate this the governments have used money printed from nowhere to bail out the unregulated banks. Which is funny because the people it was supposed to help have been further impoverished by these series of actions.
