I believe the upgrade is $65, it allows you to run at lower PSIs, makes maintenance easier, and solves all issues with the older ram systems breaking down.

Through BLAST. The engines need to be sent in for modifications.

No, as long as you have the engine and pay for the SC kit, they'll modify the engine and install the parts.
