She started off saying the translation was wrong and then when she couldn't come up with a 'cleaner' translation changed the goalposts and started claiming that it was taken out of context! Any free-thinking, non-brainwashed person can see the contemptable and indefensible true situation. The Koran and ahadith never shut up about the unbelievers (usually the Jews). I know for I have read most of it. This kind of trenchent racism can never be excused by half-baked justifications.

What the heck do you think is taught in Christian schools? Jews are Christ killers and only 'saved' Christians are going to heaven. Of course a religious school is going to be biased towards their own religion. The comment about monkeys was taken totally out of context and referred to a subgroup of specific Jewish people. I'm Jewish, so I did bother to check into it thoroughly. Ever seen what's taught in Israeli schools and yeshivas in the USA and Europe?

just because you read a translation of teh quran, that does not mean u understand, don't go thinkign you're clever. do u knwo when that verse was revealed? do you know who its talking about? do you know why it was revealed.. in which situation... people have to study teh quran carefully to understand im guessing you're not an arabic speaker... if u want to quote my holy book to me, then go and learn arabic, then learn the explanation of each verse.. then come and chat to me about the quran.

islam was able to change the life of people like umar ibn al khattab, he was living in ignorance, and when he accepted islam he became one of teh best muslim. when he was caliph every living creature had rights. before islam he even burried his own daughter alive because that was the custom of the arabs, but it wasnt until islam came that it was prohibited. Why did this student have the need to state this (if he even did)? Because Mohammed stated the opposite perhaps? I assume this statement was made in the context of the Muslim invasion (actual or intended) of Christian lands. Otherwise, why say it? In any event, do not Muslims follow the teachings of Mohammed, and not his alleged companions and students? Preaching religious hatred may be acceptable in Saudi Arabia, but it never will be in British state funded schools. Bleating about conspiracy theories (when will Muslims get a grip and take responsibility for their community?) and about the BNP (how many suicide bombs have they set off in the last couple of years?) does Islamists no favours. I am a British Muslim, who studied in King Fahad Academy for 12 years and shared the best moments of my life there. I studied subjects just like any British Curriculum school, whether it was Sciences, British History, Music or Art.
