  • i thought that guy was gonna eat that wood

  • No way I'd hold those boards. I prefer my fingers unbroken and my face free of wood planks, thankyouverymuch.

  • i learnd kondo from grand master kwon

  • My master is 75 year old korean he speaks a little english so its kind of hard to talk to him but he says hes a 9 dan in taekwondo and 8 dan in judo ,he still gots it in him but how can utell if hes really that high of a rank

  • you are all so foolish. i agree with krypekeeper. and it makes me angry when people say "i used to practice whatever martial art" if you no longer practice, you are not a martial artist. the second you stop training is the second you lose all knowledge and love for the art.

  • well said! :)

  • @payneman5000 Once you attain a WTF recognized blackbelt in Taekwondo you are a blackbelt for life, if you think otherwise take it up with the good folks at the Kukkiwon.

  • @mattarian79

i get that, but if the person says "i used to be" then they denounced themselves already and dont deserve the title.

  • looks like the grand master is a supporter of psp

  • My Grand master did an 8 board back kick and hes way old and pownes

  • It demonstrates the power and force summation you can muster in any given strike and you can use those results to help analyze roughly what kind of damage you could do to another person in actual combat. What a dumb shit question!

  • it has no relationship to combat ability whatsoever, its a pointless activity.Hitting first, timing, accuracy are way more important than power.

  • dude, breaking fucking 4 boards takes speed, accuracy, timing and power. you obviously no nothing and have never broken more then 1 board in your life, so stfu

  • @krypekeeper its unapplicable to a real opponent.4 boards is quite a difficult break when hand held since the holders give a bit, nothing great though.I was doing 5 or 6 inches at 17 yrs old when i thought it meant something in combat.Timber is so variable that you cant compare breaks really.Nowadays the itf uses plastic rebreakable boards to ensure reliability.Ive done 6 of those 20 years ago with several kicks.Pointless exercise anyway.

  • yea....sure u have

and if you REALY have then you would know that it takes A LOT of accuracy, control, speed and power to break that many boards. and the ability to do can be really useful in actual fights.

i dome back yard boxing with none TKD/kickbxing experienced friends even though were boxing ill throw out random kicks just messin around and i get the eevery time that if i were to do at full speed would break their rips or atleast knock he air outa them for a min or two

  • ...lots of typos....but u get what im saying

  • @krypekeeper i reckon i could still do 6 breaker boards even though i havent trained in tkd in 10 years. The fact is that kind of power cant be generated accurately on an agressive attacker under the stress of combat. Why do ye think people arent getting broken ribs and ruptured organs in full contact matches,it happens but very rarely

  • as fucking again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! boards want do anything what does that do goood for you sersly

  • the guys holding the boards are the real hard men ;)

  • very nice

  • Awesome kick.

  • no he did one more than a blackbelt test not necessarily your age lol

  • daaaam he was like ZOOOOOM

  • it wasnt that impresive

  • you try it, and when you can actually do it if you will ever be able to then you can say its not impressive

  • umm for your information how do you know who can do what, if i said that it wasnt that impressive is for a reason.

  • You damn kids piss me off!! Post your video showing you doing better before slagging other people off!!! Kwang-Sup Kim is a GRAND MASTER, you get to be that good in your wildest dreams, and then you finish masturbating into your mothers face, either put up or shut the f*** up

  • @cerealfreakonline "Kwang-Sup Kim is a GRAND MASTER, you get to be that good in your wildest dreams" no, you get that with years of hard work and perseverance.

  • @StL33T I said he was a grand master, I said the kids who had been mouthing off get to be that good in THEIR wildest dreams. Think about what you post before you do, just made yourself look really unintelligent

  • @cerealfreakonline "I said he was a grand master" Okay, good job. Never denied it.

"I said the kids who had been mouthing off get to be that good in THEIR wildest dreams." No.... it's still not in their wildest dreams because 1) They don't think that a grandmaster status in TKD is worthy of their dreams - since they talk down about other grandmasters. and 2) they can STILL do it with years of hard work and perseverance.

If you really were intelligent. you wudnt use such language in your 1st post

  • @StL33T Oh you really aren't worth my time, you talk about intelligence and spell wouldn't incorrectly! You comment on my intelligence levels regarding my use of the phrase "Piss me off" Intelligent people swear too!

The majority of the kids were responding saying it was rubbish blah, blah, blah. So 1) they do think they are better than a grand master and 2) people like that with that attitude would never spend the time or have the dedication necessary to achieve that status

  • @cerealfreakonline

"you talk about intelligence and spell wouldn't incorrectly" Ever heard of character restrictions on posts?

"1) they do think they are better than a grand master" Not necessarily, they may just think the grandmaster is weak and would get his ass kicked in a real fight. It's like watching sports. The professional athletes may be better than everyone watching, but do you go around calling the people complaining about the athletes immature little children who just masturbate?

  • @cerealfreakonline

"2) people like that with that attitude would never spend the time or have the dedication necessary to achieve that status" Bruce Lee went around his childhood and adolescent life going around and picking fights. Then when he moved to the USA, he would openly criticize the flaws in each art. Did he achieve a status equal or even more than that of a grandmaster? I think he did.

  • 5 boards isn't that impressive. Relatively easy for a back kick. His technique and speed was very nice though.

  • nice kyap lolz

  • hahaha...

  • Grand Master Kwang-Sup Kim was the Korean Heavyweight champion for eight years. It is amazing how fast a big guy like that moves. Trust me I've seen him in class, and you wouldn't want to spar with him unless you know how to get out of the way very quickly.

  • Nice break! And to any trash talkers, IT WAS A NICE BREAK!

  • He is FAST lol

  • i was gonna say, that has got to be one of the fastest back kicks i've seen in awhile

  • was all the screaming nessessary?

  • yeah it was. Known fact in the martial arts world or even in the boxing world, When you scream or exhale before and during contact of a strike it releases maximum strength.

  • @realiztic The reason why you exhale is because it forces you to inhale which allows you to not get winded and forces you to breath (very useful for when you're getting hit and the wind gets knocked out of you and you yell before contact).

Boxers (at least the ones that I know) do this for the exact same reason, they're just not as "loud". It's a quieter release of air (like a hissing sound) but it's done for the exact same reasons (so you don't get winded or lose your breath).

  • @realiztic releases maximum strength? dont you want to hit it as hard as you can?

  • bet that dude with the board was bloody bricking it lol the kick was cool but i seen better : )

  • that was not a yop tchagui you idiot ¬¬ that was a tit-tchagui

  • i can do that

    xD

  • wow!!

  • very nice dwit yop chagui

  • You mean dwi chagui. What you said was "back front kick"

  • it;s not yop chagui k? /it's duichagi

  • that was sick.
