Man, they seriously jipped me. When I saw the movie in theaters they played the lame song at 4:50 in this video. My main thing to see Saw 4 in theaters was to hear this song.

BTW - I.V. isn't on the soundtrack. It's first release will be In "X Japan Returns" DVD on Feb 28.(I think)
