  • it's not "secret teachings" anymore....

  • @fredlecut

    Not that I know of.

The subtitles in this video are translated by me and so not official.

  • @tmme1234 Well, you did a very good job at it ! without that lots of the teachings would be lost for non Japanese speakers !

  • Please watch my new video:

Korean Martial Arts: Why and How They Steal Other Countries' Martial Arts

  • Fine Video. Though I wish it was lighted a bit better, haha. Great job on the subtitles as well. Please keep these coming. I enjoyed sensei's wisdom and soft-spoken attitude. I can see that he truly is a great martial artist.

  • Such wisdom and grace.

The way of the sword is that of honor.

  • @tmme1234 : Thank you so much for your answer. Is there any good Dojo in Tokyo ?

  • @Omaramni

    That I cannot answer. Sorry.

  • @tmme1234 Thanks anyway !

  • Domo arrigato gozaimasta! What a treasure!

  • He draws and cuts so quickly you don't wanna be anywhere near that...

  • Is this the Shumpukan line of yagyu Shinkage Ryu?

  • @transentient

Yes, it is. It is written as 春風館 in Japanese, and the master is Mr. Isao Kato or 加藤伊三男(先生).

  • @tmme1234

Thank you so much for subbing this, I have watched this clip many times, but it is much more helpful to me now.

  • Excellent as its rare - thanks for posting.

  • I like this vid..lots of similarities in my style as well, The Kumitachi we practice seems to have a lot of common movements. I have practiced a little of the Edo lineage of this, nice to see the variations. Also very kind of sensei to share this with the world.

  • Did you do the subtitles yourself?

  • @KruDaveB

Yes, I did it. So, it is not official, and there is no English in the original.

  • I WANT THAT GLOVE

  • can somoene please give me an introduction to shinkage ryu please?

  • @jin54363 There are Shinkage Ryu groups in the USA here and there. However, they come from a different line then this. If you want this Shinkage Ryu then you need to move to Japan somewhere near Nagoya.

  • @AlexJK448

i'm currently in portugal but i wish to move to japan after i complete school

  • @AlexJK448 The School in penslyvania is legit, its of the Edo line but still just as strong waza! if your close to them I can pass along the info just send me a message.

  • Shinkage Ryu is invicible!! You are already dead!! Yuria!!
