I need to make a round over for a stair nose, can you explain how to do that? How would the bearing guide you if you need to round the entire front of the wood?

A round-over? my dad calls it a "bull-nose".

@PerfectParasite Bull-nose is different, typically provides both round-over and round-under to achieve a round "nose" along the piece.
