Stop degrading the community and contributing to blight. This vandalism is incredibly ugly and costly for people who aren't rich to remove, since it's illegal and must be removed. Look, there are some venerable murals in those alleys, but there is no defense for some scribbles in front of buildings. These fools behind PNK and KPS should get it together and contribute positively to improve the area, not ruin it. They can start off by cleaning up their mess.
The tags looks a lot better on DVD. If anyone (especially those whose work is in it) wants a copy on DVD they are free at Centennial College's Wallace Studios Gallery (258 Wallace Ave-right by the train tracks). It is open 9-5 Monday-Friday until May 30. You can check out the large prints too--each one probably has 50-100 tags in it.
btw, are you the guy that does those white faces with sunglasses? i dont know if you know what im talking about, hopefully you do. anyway sweet vid, im glad some of my stuff is in it haha
Glad you saw your work in the vid. If you want a copy of it on DVD come to the Contact photography show in Toronto. They're free. This piece will be at Centennial College's Wallace Studios Gallery May 3-30 (258 Wallace Ave). I'll be at the opening 2-5, screening the video. Check out the prints I made. Your stuff may be in them too.
And, nope, I don't have any tags in this. I know the white faces you mean, but they started popping up just as I was wrapping up shooting these pictures.
I am thinking about maybe something with the trains up at the Junction and the larger pieces at that great wall between Keele & Dundas West. Any suggestions about where to find some excellent pieces in that area would be welcome
Glad you checked it out hillcrestG. I've been enjoying your stuff (look him up people). This video and stills from it will be displayed as part of the Contact photography show, here in Toronto. This piece will be at Wallace Studios Gallery in the Junction May 3-30. Check it out.

Maybe the Keele wall the one outside of Keele Station and i will try to find more places.

Too bad some moron covered a huge portion of the wall in white paint with something I wouldn't even call a tag.
