Excellent setup . The triangle choke is one of my bread and butter chokes , and using the overhook to trap and isolate the hand on the mat is one of my favourite ways to get the triangle . Nice video , keep them coming guys !

awesome. there is a similar technique in 10th Planet called a "Tepee". It would use that leg curl to jam his shoulder really bad. xo
