It basically brings the top wrestlers from each conference and they put them in the their 13 different weight classes the people who are on the same team still earn points for the team win\lose and at the end whatever team has the most points is the team state champions the individual is well the one u wins their bracket

Fantastic Movie with a beautiful story! I teach wrestling and you won't find any REAL wrestlers being able to sit through this. A lateral drop? yeap, the same crap in the movie vision quest too.
