@haleymk , this is something I am studying and abuse of anybody is hard to report, Not to be the pesisimist but untill your friend really wants to get help or isnt affraid anymore it will be hard. However a a friend you still can be proactive....  If you are in school go to a teacher immediatly, go to a counselor, but most of all stay with your friend through it all. Dont be pushy, cause they are simply just affraid of what can happen, untill physical evidence comes up there isnt much to do

My friend was child abused... She would always come to school with scars and bruises. She told everybody that she was really clumsy, the only person she told was me and she made me promise not to tell or call the police (I would have though, but I couldn't) and because I didn't have the guts to tell or call the police she now in the hospital half dead... None of this happened and I hope it never happens to anyone

a person can't help but to cry for all the abused children in the world. it's bad enough when adults get abused but they can get away from the abuse, but a poor helpless, defenseless child can't. I know because I was unwanted by my mother and abused by her all my life. I told myself that when I got old enough to have children I was going to stop the vicious cycle of abuse that had gone on in my family for years and generations, and I am happy to say that so far I have acheived my goal.
