@alspence its ok if you make sure you read the manual. dont get too close or the focus will be out.I found it ok but as you can see on this one its pretty out of focus. I did a documentary style shoot outside with 200t + that turned out very well. I will post it soon, practice on one first look back at it... ask for it putting on disc. so you can put it straight on to your computer or on to mini dv and capture it?

@Michelleheighway I hadnt noticed the focus thing till you mentioned iit tbh but that kinda adds to the effect of the film kinda like a doped state if you know what i mean has a dirty feel... you should keep doing it though man its very good
@SK8FILM09 sorry for the late reply.Canon 514XL-S Canonsound, you can get them on line for between £100-£200.I paid extra to have the film put on to a disc which was a sent to me as a QT file ...or you can ask them to put it on to a mini dv and import it your self on to your computer. : )
wow..I thought this was a good film :)looks like its a really tough field...I haven't even shot my 2010 entry,and I'm already not expecting it to be chosen lol..keep up those cool straight8's coming!

@radiocrash Thankyou.. Just had a new idea but not used super 8 since this and my focus is a bit out isnt it!!
so think I'll get some one to operate the camera for me! a pro and I'll direct! Safest option! : ) (might have a go too!!!)
