As far as I know, it is not commercially produced or available.
@bohemianviolin The live concert was performed at Reggio Emilia Theatre, Italy. Though it would appear that some supplemental footage was recorded in some sort of studio after the fact where more elaborate filming methods were used.

Splendid, I love the atmosphere in this caprice and I think that Mr. Markov plays it well.

I have never heard better playing of Paganini's 24 Caprices before. I know it varies from person to person but for me he's 'd' best!

@AJDM10 Julia Fischer does an amazing rendition of the Caprices. I actually prefer hers. But this is great as well.
