I dont want to be mean ore anything, but ur push ups are weak. I always learned a good push up is when ur whole body is horizontal. And when u go down u need to touch the ground whit ur chest, and then come back up.
@RJixs Learn how to spell if you are going to choose to insult someone. I was always taught to do it the way she does it. Everyone does them differently and you may see it as a possible injury but you can get an injury in all types of exercises whether you're doing them right or not.

I am on the swim team at my high school, so my shoulders are somewhat large. But my waist is unproportional to my arms.. is there anyway to NOT TONE my arms but make them look slimmer?
@topnotchmaiden Not anything I can suggest--swimming encourages upper body workout, so there is no way around it. If you look at pro swimmers, you will notice the same thing in males and females alike. Just cherish being in great shape :)

@MrChirish1 your arms are going to go out even if it's a little. Don't put your arms too close together in a simple push up--the hands should be outside your shoulder line; in the triceps pushup, since your hands are so close together, your elbows will go out more. Your goal, if your elbows are sticking out too much, is not to go too low, to avoid injuries. The best practice, with your arms wide enough, is not to go too low [close to the floor]. with your chest abt fist-height off the floor.

@5add5 If you do as many as you can, which you should, you would get your muscles to the point of failure--that's where magic happens. Then you will take a few second break to recuperate, and move on to the next exercise, doing the same thing. Start with as many as you can, having warmed up, and build on it each time.
@MinhXD123 Glad I can help. If you do these exercises, double/triple up on reps, and these every other day. Try also add other exercises, such as YogaPump vids you can find on my channel, especially on the floor segments, so your arms and back get stronger.

To tell you how long before you see the results would be tough--it depends on how often/long you workout. It will also depend on your diet. If you are in good shape now, you will see results faster. If you have any weight to lose, you will feel stronger, but to SEE the results extra weight would have to come off first.
