We don't need an "oversight council," Mr. Bernanke. We need independent agencies with set procedures that are held accountable by law inforcement and internal audit. And Banking needs to be simplified to prevent that perverse incentive called GREED! Furthermore, financial institutions should not be allowed to lobby congress - the REAL CAUSE of our economic meltdown!
