I just pounded 5 groms in a row and said "locals only" even though I don't live there. Since two decades ago it's overcrowded and only a fistful of waves. What really sucked was that it was only poor to fair shape and the lifeguards gave a "report" as good shape just because a rare good wave came in every hour or maybe they want you to spend your money to improve the economy. If we never brought up "localism" then we'd have to come up with real solutions and admit the real problem
