I currently use a TASCAM MD-350 Minidisc Deck to play backing tracks at gigs. I am beginning to replace Midi Files backing tracks with Mp3 backing tracks. What device will suit best? It's been suggested that a small laptop with i-tunes is the way to go. I can connect the laptop to the mixing desk and can make set lists which will be a lot easier to read because of the laptops larger screen. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
