can someone please help me... firstly any runner is awesome, so keep it up. i have hamstring tendonistis. im a male in 10th grade. my 9th grade 5k time is 18:19. i developed hamstring tendonitis in winter and it has been with me 4 1 whole year. i havent ran in a whole fricken year. can some1 please help me. i miss running so much. any help at all would be mazing. thanks
definitely! for one, you're gonna be awesome! two, just know that every race is going to get better. i run them constantly to get over being nervous! i'm pretty terrified of marathon day, so every time a race comes along, i run it. so, just think, run this as you can, but then measure your success at the end of the season with how you've improved.

You can't go wrong with some cortisone shots and weekly deep tissue massages.
