hey man, I like your videos, they really help me understand who I am because I get really confused, from your videos I can easily say I'm phlegmatic, matching up with most of the things you pointed out in your video, but also I do have some items of melancholy about me which also I understand from your videos, however I think my Melancholy has a slight downfall because I'm dyslexic and my schedules never seem to work properly, my process memory also doesn't work. hope to get a reply man, cheers

I'm quite phlegmatic. Check out Divided Kingdom by Rupert Thompson- the UK goes to hell in a nadbasket and so is split up into 4 quarters based on the tempraments...as soon as I read it I was like ''phlegmatic....calm, stoic, rational, and a bit lazy....oh, ME!''

how can you determine your temperament? I'm really confused. I've taken up online tests and usually the results are phlegmatic but I also got melancholic result. How can you really determine your personality? or at least the dominant one if you have two temperaments?

Thanks, I feel much more relaxed right now =D I'm a Phlegmatic and most of the people I know are Choleric and it makes me feel weird and stupid. Most of the test I have done have sated that my main type is Phlegmatic thought in a lot of cases the test I have gone with show more score been almost even, I hear that is commen with Phlegmatics, is this the case?

Love your personality videos, I have taken the test and know that I am Phlegmatic-Sanguine, my wife is Melancholy-Phlegmatic she says that I have random spurts of Melancholy because of my behavior at times. Is that possible.

Excellent video. I don't think there's a personality type in any theory that encapsulates me better than phlegmatic. Though I do have touches of sanguine, which is mainly expressed in my desire to interact with others.

It's always "fun" working with the hardcore choleric supervisor at work.

@Vraya. Awesome! Oftentimes, it takes those with whom we are closest to see us for who we really are. Embrace who you are and use the positives to your advantage. Work on the negatives, but accentuate the positives in your personality. It will take you very far.
