They're old melodia pants that we took scissors to. Don't cut a hole, just cut a horizontal line from seam to seam and let gravity do the rest.

they're regular 10 and 20 yard skirts tucked very high in the front. I've had so many people ask about this, I may just have to make a youtube video....
