Totally agree with you on your views on not going to the E.R with swine flu. I had once cracked my head open bleeding quite heavily which ended up needing three staples into my head. But since this was right around swine flu scare time I ended up having to wait 2 hours before i got brought back because everyone in the E.R thought they had swine flu. For some reason that put them as more priority than a guy with his head split open.

Okiie. I had a Flu last week and I had it for 2 weeks. My doctor said it might be the "Flu" going around, and he said it might also be... APENDISITUS. Wtf? The fact is that swine flu is pretty much the same thing as the flu. EXCEPT they have a vaccine for the normal human flu, so even though you can still catch it, it isn't quite as bad. Now although a flu without a vaccine is more serious than it would be otherwise, it is still very much curable and 99.9 times out of 100 you would probably be released from the hospital fairly quickly.
The problem with swine flu is not the actual flu itself but rather the legislation that is being passed in it's name. The people that need to calm the fuck down are not those that feel sick but rather our government that is busy passing new bills and preparing to enforce new bogus laws in the name of swine flu..

it was just a temperature. ive also had regular flu before, and swine flu was much less painful and lasted for less time.

Okiie. I had a Flu last week and I had it for 2 weeks. My doctor said it might be the "Flu" going around, and he said it might also be... APENDISITUS. Wtf? (I had adominal pains aswell as severe congestion and migranes.) So, I freaked out for a little while thinking "Oh, my Buddha!! I think I have Swine Flu!" But of course, I don't think I did now. I might have had it, but I'm perfectly fine now. So people! FOLLOW MASTER DANIEL! Do not freak out!!

The fact is that swine flu is pretty much the same thing as the flu. EXCEPT they have a vaccine for the normal human flu, so even though you can still catch it, it isn't quite as bad. Now although a flu without a vaccine is more serious than it would be otherwise, it is still very much curable and 99.9 times out of 100 you would probably be released from the hospital fairly quickly.

The problem with swine flu is not the actual flu itself but rather the legislation that is being passed in it's name. The people that need to calm the fuck down are not those that feel sick but rather our government that is busy passing new bills and preparing to enforce new bogus laws in the name of swine flu..

When everyone talked about it and was freaking out, I freaked out too, because they made it seem like it could kill you. But it's just liike regular flu, and actually, way more people have died from that than the swine flu. So it's really nothing to worry about.
