The track title is Milan, named after Karsh's daughter. Literally it means 'a coming together' in Sanskrit.

I think I was at this concert. It's a great venue, and the tickets are cheap there, esp. considering that it's NYC. If I am correct, I remember paying $17 dollars or less for this show.
There are a whole lot of cool places to go in the area afterwords, like art galleries and other clubs.
