  • Wow i like the idea of the video but who ever edited this shit is a fucking idiot, the same shit cut together 5 times is so fucking annoying 2 watch this idiot should be banished from editing anything ever again. Fucking horrible

  • @lebello just soak it up my friend

  • fuck this annoying video repeating the whole time. bunch of dick editors never going to get people thinking differently if they treat you like you're a retard high on LSD

  • disgusting.

  • I would like to know why 9 person didn't like it?!

Can You explaijn that to me?? hahahaha

  • does anyone know where those giant hills of tires are located??

  • It's hard to get over how the director insists on repeating the same shit over and over. Just make a fucking documentary half the length with the same content.

  • I prefer the idea of watching the highways slowly crumble and rot rather than tearing them up.

  • You can't stop people being creative. It's a part of being human.

  • I just realized that Bill Gates is an Idiot. He should come to Belgium again and it wil not be pies I'll throw into his face but computers!

  • its like a club version of kooyanitsqatsi

nice doc and the edition and music are very good

  • dammit i wanna watch a documentary not a music video

  • go buy "What a way to go: Life at the End of Empire"

    its very good

  • I think it is the way that technology is being used, think of this, what if the machines do all the work? people wouldn't have to work, and then where do u get the money from? to pay bills? the problem is the monetary system, we could use technology to make travels faster, so we can go around the world, so we can pollute less. :p

  • I've said it before and I'll say it again: For the trivial stuff like say, cat food, we have 140 different brands to choose from. Same thing for cars, cigarettes, dish soap, shampoo, underwear, lighting fixtures, dozens and dozens of choices. But for the really important stuff like oh, a presidential election, we get 2 choices. 2 shitty choices out of the 300,000,000 plus people who live in the united States. If that doesn't smack of a rigged system nothing does. Wake up. Stop participating.

  • @yngwiefreak Stopping participation won't solve the problem. In reality the system needs to be pulled down in a very violent manner. A revolution against industry and the tools of control is what is needed. Unfortunately, I think the western world's last shot happened around the 1960. The result was the "machine" literally putting a bullet in the head of every social leader that could seed a society based on love and peace. Now we witness the aftermath, powerless to change it.

  • @yngwiefreak we have to participate. Look at what happens when seperate individuals stop participating (to be fair, without a class consciousness or eco-awareness mindset)... they become helpless.. homeless, desperate people. We do need to stop participating but we need to organize ourselves. It's a web we can only slowly get out of .

  • @yngwiefreak What we need is A Resource Based Economy. To "manage" our resources and take "money" out of the equation. /watch?v=4Z9WVZddH9w

  • the computer is not on :D

  • well tv is stupid too, there happy

  • I love the way this segment disregard completely all the communities made on the Internet and all the people who met themselves there.

I would really like to see how a country can work without roads or communications. Kinda looks like Afghanistan to me.

  • that is exactly what is being said, all modern technology has a price.

  • I am ready to pay the price of Penicillin anytime.

Regardless of all the bad sides of our current system, no-one really want to live in a slum. Even Mr. Nihilist gain some money by giving blood. I guess he wouldn't had to do it in a medieval world...

  • I see. So you have met more people online in your life than in person?

Maybe if we spent less time online and watching TV I do think we would interact more with people.

But you refused to listen to the message so this will fall on deaf ears.

We have not met, by the way. Even if you put me on a chat program and hook up your webcam, we have not met.

  • Many internet websites are devoted to forums or dating registries. Those sites brought many people together. Discarding them for a nostalgia of the beginning of the XXst century is a fallacy. Right now, I can be in contact with people in Japan or Africa by a click of the mouse or a cellphone call.

Besides, if you are an antisocial, the lack of Internet or telephone will not make you crawl out of your den anyway.

  • I agree it has helped people meet that otherwise wouldn't have.

But phones and internet meetings are not interacting personally with someone.

You could be in contact with people on the phone the world over decades before using the internet, anyway.

  • What difference does it make? Do you really care who I am? You probably weren't concerned that you couldn't speak face to face with me before. Would you try to contact me, if all of this technology was gone, i seriously doubt it. I can replay, footage of underdeveloped nations on a loop over and over again, to make people think the opposite about not having technology, but it will get us nowhere. Do you think that maybe we were supposed to go down this path, considering we are already there?

  • I think we are being controlled very damn well.

  • @morknmindl So well that for the most part "we" don't recognize the tools being used to effect the control, and don't even need an active controller. We now control ourselves. The system is very much on autopilot. An example are the cogs in the mass media machine. Individual reporters don't have someone telling them directly not to publish certain stories. They self-censor, because they know what stories not to cover for fear of losing a sponsor.

  • computers create millions of sit at home computer geeks that waste their lives on computers and have no life... its not the best way to socialize

  • you don't think that things like facebook, myspace and even youtube has brought people together? i met my wife online...

  • i think thats kinda wierd, but thats my opinion, i have yet to meet someone online, i think the old way is better, actually meeting people in person and talking to them, but thats just me

  • i wish they'd quit with weak techno beat crap to emphasize their point, i get the message the first time :\

  • I'm afrid that's how ATMO do most of there stuff.

  • @insomniacking One percent ! :)
