To turn in The Dead Caste quest you have to go to a book here in the Shaper's building.

For the dead caste quest you just have to click on the book that is to the right of the shaper (with the girl sitting in front of it)

Well, It really depends on what you want from your character.

Actually the elves vs werewolves had a good answer where the keeper sacrifices himself and makes peace with the werewolves.

just because there doesn't seem to be one doesn't mean that one doesn't exist

If you are full it still gives you items. It's the only time you can go over the Max inventory. So if you have 90/90 you'll notice it goes to 91/90 because you were given that item.

But I do think it is annoying that you can't tell what people give you at times. I know new items are "highlighted" but that doesn't help if you haven't opened inventory in a while and got like 20 "new" items.

@PyroMancer2k and on the xbox version its harder since some new things you need to scroll down and it will get rid of the highlight thing
