You can cleanse the body simply by feeding it properly, drinking sufficient clean water, exercise and then an actual fasting cleanse when you feel up to it. A fasting cleanse has been known to clear crayons or coins swallowed as children. Our lymph system is our cleansing system. Support it and it will cleanse you of all that your body does not want. IMPORTANT... people with amalgam, cadmium or other metals in the moth should NOT take Cilantro. It crosses the blood brain barrier and can cause heavy metals to be allowed into the brain.

I think distilled water is safest. I realize that it strips out it's minerals but those can be reintroduced into your diet with wholesome foods.

Another approach if you have the money is one of those gadgets that pulls water from the atmosphere. I think it's called EcoBlue. Pretty pricey but would be quite clean.

Yes, my favorite tea is boiled ginger with hot red pepper and then squeeze fresh lemon into it and lots of raw honey. Delicious and alkalizing! It's what I use when fasting. =))

I would ask the same questions about water, but IF indeed "pure bottled SPRING water" is what the product says, I would certainly opt for that!! A very good doc. to watch is called For the love of water. You will see how clearly bottled water is NOT what you think or they say.  Besides the plastic it sits in is full of BPA which is horrible for so many reasons.

It's not just for water. You could drink all of your water this way. That would be ideal! It's just that it dissipates from the water pretty quickly so it's kind of a hassle to ozonate each glass of water you intend to drink.

Ozone can also be used for cavities, (shooting the gas directly at the tooth). It is also used in one man steam saunas to penetrate and enter via pores. (head must be sticking out).

It is also used intravenously for very serious treatment.

The funny tent uses an ozone machine to pump ozone into the tent. You can also use the same ozone machine to ozonate your water or purify your air (not breathing it directly) and if someone actually had something serious like AIDS, could use it intravenously. I wouldn't know how to administer that but people have done it on themselves to cure of AIDS.

So there's lots of ways to use the machine once you have a medical grade ozone machine. Not just an ambient air one.

Never heard this before but I have been taking MMS and just stopped. Not for any reason but the taste started to grate on me.

It is basically an anti-bacterial solution so port is well know to contain a lot of bacteria. And alcohol may neutralise it in some manner. It is know to destroy malaria and anthrax viruses. What I am afraid of is that it may also kill any useful bacteria in our body. The suppliers claim it doesn't but I would like to know how it know what is good or bad.

Regarding the info in this video, PH test strips are your good friend. You should turn them dark blue. Ozonators are worth the expense for sure. Especially for ozonating oil and water. I've been breathing ozone most days for years. I have a FM2 Ozonator by Jenesco. It has a dial on the side to set it from kill mold to freshen the air for breathing. Of course Ozone has an adverse effect on plant growth. Plants need carbon dioxide. If you make the air a plant is breathing more ozone, less carbon dioxide, you should naturally expect the plant will grow less. It's not deadly to plants, not even harmful if the carbon dioxide levels are maintained, rather than having ozone replacing the carbon dioxide. This study you site doesn't bother to establish a control for carbon dioxide levels. I did though, read the next comment.

I've been growing my neem trees in my usually ozone rich room under a 275 watt lamp. They were growing pretty slow. So, realizing the ozone is probably crowding out the carbon dioxide they need, I made a carbon dioxide generator using some yeast in sugar water. My plants then of course went through a growth spurt. The ozone doesn't kill them, it's just not what they need to grow.

I wouldn't doubt that Ozone at a certain level, would damage cholesterol. Which might make the cholesterol burst, deflate and stick. That would be a temporary condition and simple high rate blow flow (think exercise) would clear the plaques. Exercise with ozone present in the air would even more quickly clear the plaques as the ozone oxidizes the plaques.

The solution for cholesterol though, is use every bit of fuel you consume every day. Which has nearly nothing to do with Ozone. So why, other than to discredit medical use of ozone, would they bother to do this study? Why wouldn't they just spend that money to educate people to not over eat glucose? Where's the drive toward establishing that connection in the general conscience? That after 24 hours glucose in the blood stream fuses to the blood cell that's carrying it making both useless?

Another thing, Oxygen is highly reactive, which is where from the phrase comes "oxidation". Yet you don't hear any group of mad scientists trying to claim oxygen is bad for you and you should limit the amount of oxygen you breathe, though that notion is suggested by the misleading term oxidation. They would say it if they thought it would sell. But people would recognize it as bogus very easily.

Do a little research on ozone therapy. There has been a massive whitewash on it because it is so powerful. It is nature's natural cleanser and the reason it is found in polluted cities is because it is coming to clean up. We pollute too much though for it to clean it all up. If we would just stop polluting, ozone would eventually render it all inert and we would have clean air.

Distilled is probably the purest form of water. The argument is that it is then stripped of it's mineral content. This is true but if you replace your necessary mineral needs via something like seaweed supplement--- a virtual mineral, vitamin powerhouse--- then that should balance it all out. I'd rather have clean water and add back in the minerals rather than have polluted water with minerals.

Inhaling it is not poisonous per se, but it is highly agitating to the lungs because our lungs are dirty. It makes you cough--- instant detox effect.

Those that are accustomed to breathing it can handle higher amounts of it as their lungs have detoxed. Or so that's how I understand it.

I'm getting ready to get praxis 5 up pretty soon so I'll talk more on how to use ozone and then that will probably jar some more questions.

Perhaps in a laboratory setting that would be the case. Perhaps at a pH of 3 or 4 it would kill off a virus but it would likewise kill us off too.
