What do you do about split ends? Like do you have a video about them or do you cut em off or what? I get them from time to time and i have OCD about it, like i'll check my hair for HOURS to find them :/ So if there's any tips you can give me or a link to a video please do.

Ps. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS LOOK! If my hair wasnt so annoying that it curled every time i tried straightening this i'd do it! I love this look!!! :D
