i got my iphone at the launch aand the was no que i was there from 8;15 to 9:05 and i got my iphone activated in seconds in and out of the o2 store in about 5 minutes. and no one else was there apart from 2 other please after i left. :-}

the iphone is $199-299 with the discount AT&T gives. and they reason why apple dosnt sell it online is because it has to be activated at the apple store to avoid people illegally unlocking it to any sim carrier. really fucked up.

This is bad news for former iphone owners because now we can no longer look cool in public with our iphones due to the lower price. Now everyone and their grandma is going to have one! It's going to be just like the razr. They were extremely popular when the first came out until you found out your 8 year old neigboor got one. Plus the 3g cost more per month so you end up paying just as much in the end

I was working for a company who was selling the iphone today and at the end of the day the customers wouldnt of cued up for the phone if they didnt want to, i have the older 1st generation iphone and its fantastic so can totally understand why people want it, but these things happens and as they were getting the new phone for half the price and upgrading half way through the contract, think thats a bonus enough in all honesty.

It's madness to go to the shop at 8 am to buy a mobile phone. Poor people, I feel sorry for them. I guess, here, in the South, in Brighton, people are more sensible.
