Shreyas voice is melodious and very soft, It shows soft feminine personality. Sunidhis voice is rustic. Best for item songs. Each of them is versatile and great in their own genre. So comparison is not a good thing to do. Sunidhi cannot perform shreyas songs and shreya cannot perform sunidhis songs.

Lol.what a comparison. Sunidhi can entertain only the masses .Shreya,she can entertain both the CONNOISSEURS (mere dholna,aromale etc) and the MASSES (teri ore, chikni chameli, ye ishq hai, o lala etc).

Shreya can sing..i dont know how many languages with unbelievable ease with near perfect diction.

I can go on and on why Shreya is better..

But to be fair Shreya-Sunidhi is like tendulkar and sehwag .federer and nadal..they have contrasting style but the purist would always vote for the former!

Why this comparison? Sunidhi's way btr coz u've singers like Shreya in every decade-lataji,Anuradha Paudwal,Sadhna Sargam and even Bela Shinde sounds exactly like her. Sunidhi has a unique voice quality and is far more versatile. Ashaji has more filmfare awards than Lataji-does that make her a better singer? personally Ashaji is my favourite but awards are no yardstick to measure a person's capability. Aamir has hardly won awards,does that mean they are bad actors?Sunidhi's the best singer nw.

Basically. Shreya has a soft voice and can do quiet, sad, and peaceful songs. Sunidhi has a very strong and loud voice. She can do songs that are more exciting and she can do falsettos and whail (the aaaaah sound, Lol).

Shreya's voice qulaity is very similar to Nihira Joshi(who ahs a btr range and control than Shreya) and Bela Shinde(listen to Bela Shinde's songs and u'll think it to be Shreya singing them)...
