get custom themes on g1

please help.. i downloaded a theme and applied it on my rooted g1.. but now everytime i turn it on its just kip on showing the "android" startup screen.. i kept on waiting but still not going to my fone's desktop.. please reply as soon as possible :(

beside the theme file, is there an other file that is supposed to be in the SD? Because every time I try it my G1 goes blank and I have to install JF 1.42

sooo you HAVE to have it jailbroken to change the theam... is there another way other than hacking it... for example an app

umn..omg i updated it with the new theme correctly n my rooted g1 tuns on and the android thing comes on after saying G1 then it keeps on coming again and again and my phone wont start ive tryed getting another theme n i updated agin alt s with zip in sd n evrything ....is there any way i can put my phone back to normal like doungrade it or sumthing .... REWARD PLZ HELP

on the keyboard u click alt + s then after its done click home + power to reboot your fone

yes if it is not jailbroken have the right firmware for theme and right file on sd card why u ask??? are u new to g1?
