Can these new thin screen LED's be mounted to the wall using the older wall mounts like I have my Samsung 46" LCD TV mounted on? I want to replace one with the other and hope i don't need a new wall mount.
@gtc1961 Yes, the newer, thinner televisions are still using standardized bolt hole patterns to be compatible with many of the same brackets. Will the new TV be compatible with your old bracket? Potentially. We’ll need the model number and manufacturer of the bracket and television to be certain. Feel free to call for additional assistance: 800.315.0030—Crutchfield
Hello. Last doubt about 120hz, the inputs like tv or dvds says on screen 60hz, is it limited to the imput like tv shows and dvds? I know that blu-rays and consoles it says on the screen 120 hz. Thanks

Anyway, I saw the Samsung 8000 @ Best Buy recently playing the 2D version of Avatar and even in 2D it looks awesome, especially on the Samsung. Deep, rich blacks & brilliant color! Absolutely beautiful picture quality!
@ontheroof99 Actually all that crap I said under this comment is true, don't know exactly where from...maybe cnet, something like that. I read a lot of review and review videos on youtube from legit gadget review companies, before I make a product or an electronic purchase.
@ontheroof99 Yea but LED is the best of both world's trust me I have the UNB8000 Series, same bright whites and deeper blacks than a Plasma, and wastes 40% less energy than a LCD TV.
How come there isn't any review of UN26C4000 =/ it's the same as this but nobody haven't even made a review of it, I already gotten it like an month ago but I still want to see reviews on it
There's a couple reasons. First, there's 68 Samsung TVs available right now, just at Crutchfield. So, it'll be a while before you can find reviews on all of them.
Also, most of these TVs have only been available for a couple months.
We've had one customer come back to Crutchfield and write a review of your specific model. Go to the Crutchfield website and search for UN26C4000 to find it. You can even submit one yourself.
@LinklineRS because its 26 inches lmao i just bought a un46c6300 there is no review on here for that either but they are all pretty much the same thing but no one wants to see a review on a 26" tv they want to see the 40", 46" or 55" but they also dont want to put up a review on every model because there would be like 30 videos and thats not cheap so they really only do the best of the line like maybe un46c9000 wich is 3D
@makamalu Not happy in the way technology is heading towards which was 3D. 8,000,000:1 Contrast Ratios are really unecessary since the highest contrast ratio Blu-Ray movies and Blu-Ray players do is 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio. Blu-Ray being the best thing for picture quality. My Samsung LED UNB8000 Series does 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio which was also unecessary, just get the entry level TV if you want the best picture quality possible,if you don't want any smudges and blur get the 240Hz UNB8000.
You can get VERY limited internet content with the 6000 series model Samsung TVs, but you'd be better off getting a Blu-ray player that can do Netflix, You Tube, and more. That's become standard on Blu-ray players now, and certainly cheaper than getting a new TV. Although we can help with that as well:)
@mattiaseinarsson Actually I saw the best LED backlighting TV of 2009 which is the Samsung LED UNB8500 Series and compared it side by side to the edge lighting Samsung UNB8000 Series which I have, difference was that the 8500 has 7,000,000:1 contrast ratio and the 8000 has 5,000,000:1. 8000 had brighter whites, and could almost make the same deep blacks as the 8500.
Well, the full LED backlight is clearly superior, but it's outside the range of a lot of people's budget, so we can't recommend it to everyone. But if all could afford it, it would be a go-to choice.
Just get my UB327000 This shit is amazing !! And 1080p games looks so good!Great picture quality and contrast !Worth money! I just don't know why i've got white light not red ,under the screen! is this light is different on each 7000 's series??
I'm interested in one of the 6000 series T.V's but was hoping you could tell me what the picture is like from a 45 degree viewing angle as the room that it will be situated in dictates this.
Good one, They did not include a viewing angle specification in the manual for these TVs. We have however seen multiple reviews from reputable sources that indicate the Samsung TV looks really great on axis, but loses something when you get off angle. They were not specific regarding the angle at which the picture becomes noticeably worse.
You may want to check these out in stores before coming back to Crutchfield to make your purchase.
@barrycallebaut the picture looks good at all angles it only loses a lil of the black at 45 degree angles but still looks good i have a 40'' the movie avatar looks alsome on it on blue ray
These are LCD TVs with LED backlighting. Samsung (and other TV makers who use LED backlighting) will frequently say 'LED TVs" as a kind of shorthand, but technically these Samsungs are LCD TVs.
LCD TV's must have a light behind them that shines through the panel, most LCD TVs use a fluorescent light, these Samsung TVs use LED backlighting instead of fluorescent.
I hope that helps clear this up, that can be a very confusing thing too many people, so I'm glad you asked.
The 46" UN46B8000 is a pretty sweet TV. The LinkStick is a relatively inexpensive add-on for $79.99, and we do have them in stock along with the TV if you find yourself ready for an upgrade.

Can you please help me.
I have the same TV as yours.
When I switch off the 200hz Motion Plus it automatically turns back on after about 30 minutes.
I wish to switch off the 200hz Motion Plus because I get a better picture but it switches back on after 30 minutes.
I would be grateful for your reply.

JeRsey,
The 6000, 7000, and 8000 Samsungs use LED edge backlighting. You can get the Samsung UN55B8500 with LED backlight with local dimming.
The LED edge backlighting improves contrast ratio and colors, especially black, green and red.
The full backlight improves the contrast ratio even more.
All the info you could possibly want on these and many other TVs available at Crutchfield.
Thanks for watching.
