this is just so much better than gt5p absolutely no argument im gonna give gt. all you get when youre playing gt is a sense that big video game makers are trying to make speed in any form look boring, slow, hair dryer sounding, dull, and hard while this is just honest realism. its like grid and gtr2 made a baby, you have the sense that youre in a car but and its more realistic even if you take the time to decode the fake compound tire bs on gt.

honestly while driving that fast your focus is at about 50-100 yards in front of you so youll hardly notice out of your periphs that the car is moving that much in relation to your body. though gt does seem a bit dull in the aspect of what you call realism, it makes it up by in physics when comparing it to this same.

gt seems to give that trick thats its real just because its boring. i do admit you feel more feedback through the wheel but thats it. you can slam on the brakes, hold a drift in an f430 first time out no problem. then we get to the fake tire compound bs. im not saying i hate gt all together gt4 was one of the best games ever. somehow theyve taken fun out of driving. not even an attempt at modeling g-forces shift actually moves the weight to the front of the car under braking!!

very true, i guess im just not really a fan of the arcadey type games. but as far as adrenaline rush nfs looks far more appealing. Enthusia professional racing has superb physics. too bad they didnt continue making that series

Enthusia is pretty much... well just a racing sim. its not very in depth at all sadly. you can level up your car as far as performance. but no changing the compounds of your tires an what not. tuning is very limited. they could of done a lot more with the game but they didnt :/

they may be the best games on their respective systems but that does NOT mean they are pure simulators. believe it or not im not talking out my ass ive played most of the sims out there, not just played focused testing using the g25 wheel. in fact if i hadnt sold my copy of gt5p i wouldve done side by side comparos with shift. although it transfers weight to the wheel beautifully what else can it do? the physics arent up to par with the hardcore games and real driving isnt boring either.

Bugatti Veyron is the faster car at 253MPH but it wont get there... yes it is the longest straight and it will do about 230MPH if you tune it right on that straight... however Zonda R is the best alround car in the game... 6:32secs 5th fastest non hacked time on 360

this game is awesome. of course it cant please everyone, but if you like to feel the realism but at the same time the fun of the arcade style, this is for you. A lot of tracks, most of them are good. And it simply looks and sounds amazing. There is no dumb story just pure racing fun.

the bad: music is alright. could have been much better. Car choice is decent as well, i would have prefered more concept/exotic cars like in NFS II(ps1). Career mode earns you the best cars too fast.

Now , i'll say what i think about the game :

IT'S AWESOME! Physix are ok, but i wouln't call it a real sim. . It still has something in common with arcade racing games.. but anyways , it's a big step forward for the nfs series! Nice graphics , car models , textures.. but it has a bug that just makes the game fail! You are only able to play with the default settings (in my case 1280 x 1024 ) ..and i at least can't play ..coz my hd 4650 can't handle it. So , i tried 1024 .. but it crashes! :(
