I'm sorry to say that I find this to be unbelievably cumbersome! Adobe PhotoShop's automated stitching is much superior to this. As a fan of CorelDraw -- it's much superior to Adobe Illustrator, in my humble opinion -- I am deeply disappointed by how far behind the curve Corel is in it's raster image software by comparison with PhotoShop.
I have to say that Paint Shop Pro must be one of the most un-intuitive and frustrating pieces of software that I've ever had the misfortune to use. I dare say it will do all it claims but whoever designed it obviously didn't want any sort of previous windows experience to count for anything.
I used to have a stupid software from Microsoft (Digital Image) that did a better just by 1 clic of a button. That here is horribly complicated and a waste of time if you have dozens of stiching jobs to do after a big vacation.
In reality, a much better job done by the free program Hugin which allows very precise aligning of images, correct distortion effects (if turning around the camera whilst hand-holding there can be some shifts in perspective), and blending of exposures
Mine never ever happens like that as soon as i paste 1 picture in the panorama it takes up the whole screen and i cant make it smaller let alone add another picture
Have you tried using the scroll button yourmouse to reduce the pictures? If you have a scroll button, try that. If it works for reducing the magnification on one it should work on the panoramic as a whole.

Your first photo move wasn't done with the move tool as you stated you used the pick tool.
Good tutorial in spite of the error.
