  • amo a japon

  • I may be wrong but Tokyo doesn't seem to have any famous architecture like Paris, London or New York. There are no great landmarks like Big Ben, Empire State Building, Eiffel Tower etc.

  • @whitbyjet65 true but remember it was blitzed in WW2. Totally flattened. It is also in an earthquake zone. The impact of Tokyo is not in individual buildings. It is the sheer vastness, the sheer scale that hits you. Literally everywhere else feels small when you visit Tokyo. Tokyo is not as pretty as Paris or as international as London or NY but they all feel small compared to it.

  • @tigerarmyrule Fair comment but London was bombed night after night too in WW2. I think Tokyo is amazing but I just wish it had more personality. Paris, London & New York all have iconic symbols but Tokyo just doesn't have the same charisma.

  • @whitbyjet65 there is no doubt you are right. Arguably the most famous building is the Tokyo Tower and that is a copy!!. There are areas of personality but overall it does lack something architecturally. However I love the place. London is 2 cities - City and West End. NY is 2 - Midtown and Downtown. Paris is 2 - Left and Right banks Tokyo feels like 4 or 5. It is simply enormous. Shinjuku when busy has to be experienced.

  • @tigerarmyrule Tokyo covers 837 square miles. New York 468 square miles, London 607 square miles. I like all 3 cities in different ways. I just wish Tokyo would build a few world famous iconic buildings. It's a amazing city though.

  • i love japan it is a nice country,,, the quality of this video is bad but thanks anyway

  • @hope20112011 that was the best digital video/camera in the world's market purchased in Japan a few minutes before making that first video, obviously it looks too bad compared with nowadays technology. ;) . Thanks for watching.

  • you still live there? aun vives en tokyo?

  • Thumbs up if you want to go to tokyo too!

  • I need to be in Japan. Got to get out there.

  • we japanese should save electricity......

  • very nice, how much electricity tokyo spents in a year??? probably 15 times more then my country Croatia :) check my video also if you have time, it was not ment to be publicj but anyway ;)

  • OMG! i miss japan. i lived there for 6 yrs. I want to go back so bad!!

  • Welcome to Japan, this is Shinjuku in Tokyo.

If you get out east exit from Shinjuku Station, You can find it very easily. There are lots of fashion and electric product shops buildings, upstairs are usually cafe and restaurant.

    Enjoy♪

  • @gabrielirlanda looks like akihabara, if its the "technology" part it probably is. Shibuya is even crazier, check my vid that i did a couple of years back of shibuya crossing

  • It could be Ginza, Shinjiku, Shibuya... all these areas are filled with neon lights :D

  • WaaaAaaAaAAAaaaaaa......Freaking Cool.

  • Tokyo and the japanese economy are awesome, hope to study in Tokyo

  • Can't wait to visit Tokyo.

  • I really love Japan is the best country in the world. More than U.K. and USA together, it has a very good history and awsome economy. Tokyo is the Light City!

  • i really full agree wit your point

  • but mostly people hav this attitude of being racist

  • fo real??0_0

  • Every country has its good and bad points. Japan has bad points, too. Many Japanese youngsters long for the USA...or Europe...

  • japan is a really kool country and i want to go there!

  • best place in the world

  • im gotta go there when im older

  • WANNAAA GOO THEREE

  • ive just got shivers down my spine, it is my dream to travel there :P

  • mannn..japan is like...5years ahead of all of us =.=

  • i know right so unfair :(

  • Yes, but when you start travelling you realise each country has its own personality. If a country has lights and colours that doesn't mean 'Progress' or that is 'ahead' of other countries. You got the point?. By the way next month I'll visit Ireland, if I have time I'll take a tour to the U.K., they don't have 'lights' and technologies as Japan but its history and economy are 'ahead' of many many countries in the world. ;)

  • Very very good point! Japan is ahead in some ways and behind in others!

  • I love Japan ^^

  • JAPAN IS THE FURE!I hope Athens could be like Tokyo

    bwhahahaahahaahahaa !! that's funny !

  • You mean Athens in Greece?I agree with ya....Japan is awesome....

  • You need to be perfect in Japanese to be able to communicate there.

    True.

  • i thought it would look more advanced than times square in nyc, but it dosent really.

  • tokyo, rated by the world fact book, is the most technologically advanced city in the world. you can see LCD screens everywhere, supertall skyscrapers (search Tokyo Shinjuku), neon lights...its the FUTURE beyond FUTURE.

  • So colorfull 0_o

  • i did. if you are european, you could be shocked. it s really different

  • JAPAN IS THE FURE!I hope Athens could be like Tokyo

  • "JAPAN IS THE FURE!I hope Athens could be like Tokyo"

    bwhahahaahahaahahaa !! that's funny !

  • Don't you feel crowded

  • Yeah, you feel like you don't have breath. lol. Tokyo is really cool to visit only 1-2 weeks. Not for living, at least for me. People is very kind and gentle. Japaneses rock!

  • so bright and cool lookin

  • very cool,My dream is visit Tokio
