I think caloric restriction is awesome and about 2 weeks ago I started my caloric restriction raw food experiment that I am documenting on youtube. I am very excited about it and curious where it will take me. So far i eat about 18oz a day and I am trying to reduce it to 12 oz a day. So good to hear that other people are interested in doing such a thing. Very inspiring. Thx

i'm almost 100% raw, I eat calorie restriction like luigi did ;) Have done it since I was 18 (im now over 25). Funny how I haven't aged at all hehe. :-) well actually i got younger while doing it. I look about 16 o.O

As far as whether or not Matt should grow a beard, I don't like having to shave my legs so I can't imagine being a man and having to do the same thing to my face every day, so I say go for it!

Have you considered coloring the gray in your beard? You're too young for that ;)

As for Matt, yes, he should grow a beard at least for a couple of months. Of course his wife may be one of those that dresses him so that would limit his possibilities.

Fair enough. I like my gray also but I color it sometimes because I still want to have a baby and I need to be able to attract women of child bearing ages :)
