It's pretty sad how thousands of hard working people are having their lives dictated by 8 crusty old bureaucrat fucks who have probably never worked a real honest day in their lives.
What type of civil disobedience is being talked about? When it's mentioned the guy reacts almost like he's thinking Dave's talking about violent revolution instead of peaceful civil disobedience. Maybe the civil disobedience needs to be specified a bit more. Thanks.
Unreal. I really was hoping that these people actually cared. Alderman my ass. They certainly worked AGAINST the people (AGAIN). Very disappointing. I may move to Manchester simply to make their lives a living hell with what they need to learn. They WILL and MUST submit to the will of the people instead of playing these asinine games!
I'm sorry. I'm very angry about their arrogance. Who do they think they are?
I just gave so many thumbs up to so many comments on some other vids that it won't let me do it for yours for a few minutes... this thing really fired me up. Dave did a great job of being MORE THAN FAIR (as always). Where are you moving from? I'm moving from the socialist wasteland of Massachusetts. Actually a very beautiful place called Cape Cod. New Hampshire is BETTER!!!!!
GREAT! This is a police state here too but at least it's not California where I used to live.
I "woke up" last year and felt the need to DO SOMETHING or else lose what we had left. It's quite a romantic story but I'll save that for a time when we are sitting on our asses protesting the kind of BS these aldermen are puling here. ;) I'll be there NLT November as part of the "Next 1000". How soon are you expecting to make the move?
I woke up last year too, thanks to Ron Paul, and a nice visit to pine ridge Indian reservation. I can't get there soon enough. I'm hoping to be ready by next year. For the time being, I'll have to settle for a few trips a year. Thinking of going in March again for the Liberty forum.
Awesome! I'm planning on attending Liberty Forum too. I went to the Porcupine Festival & that sealed the deal for me, actually a short time before I arrived after I met a local who had never heard of the FSP & was fighting a UN Baccalaureate program. She moved her family from Kalifornia for the same reason. It's heaven man. Trust me! Then the PorcFest! Over 600 like minded people from all backgrounds. I can't explain how awesome it was! I used to live in NH long ago (pre-FSP). Like coming home.
I thought the motion was to take the question OFF the ballot because by Law, having gathered enough registered voter signatures the measure MUST be put on the ballot.
A "No" vote would be to ensure the measure STAYS ON THE BALLOT.
I think the voters would benefit from a tally of who voted yes or no, thus knowing who supported the voter will and who to dump from office.
I think he was wearing a 'Who is Ron Paul?' t-shirt and so she said "Who IS Ron Paul?" as a smart ass way to avoid his question and probably to turn the screws on all of us who support(ed) his campaign. She seems like a real c*nt if ya ask me! Good luck to you guys up there in NH!
What would spending be capped at? Would it be adjusted every year for inflation? How big is the current budget in Manchester and is it higher or lower than cities similar in size?
"I'll answer your question if you'll answer mine."
Oh, Snap!

If you are a statist, You may want to consider joining the free lunch project.
New Hampshire is going to be a place you no longer enjoy big government.
Massachusetts is calling you.

What's the complaints of "No" votes?

You should post a complete list of all the "no votes" so that people know who to vote against in the next elections.

Why did Senator Betsi DeVries do such a think. Could it possibly be self interest?

I noticed the blue light gang members(police thugs) were there to protect the corrupt govt. How lovely.

How dare they degrade and railroad the 4000+ citizens of Manchester that signed that petition!
The aldermen voting "NO" are so out of office! They have no idea the can of worms they have opened!

I couldn't even hear what she said- something about Ron Paul and how she loved Dave's shirt. What exactly did she say?
