you complain about telstra, have you been with any other provider? ive been with heaps and no one compares to telstra suprisingly. yea its a rip off buy im paying for cable extreme which does not compare to anyone else
be smart and actually do something about it. if you find cable internet poor then why dont u switch to adsl? if you have a problem with your cable internet, you can get lvl2 tech support to escalate the problem. its really not that hard. if your registered as a business with telstra, i hope your not calling 131999 because you can call 132 999 which is bigpond business tech support
I have followed it up for nearly six months. I was calling 133933 - that is the Telstra tech support number. After 6 months of crap internet service it is HARD actually. It's hard wasting time for a company that bills you $70 per month for a non-existent service.
They charge $70pm for the service. Why should I have to chase them for the provision of that service???
