Being a thriller/horror fan myself, I must admit though that there are some really really good foreign films out there.

Check out the Norwegian horror films Cold Prey 1 and 2! Also, checkout "Old Boy" and "I saw the Devil" both great Japanese horror films and last but not least, "Atrocious" and "kidnapped", both in Spanish.
