  • Dam you Pandora.. Bring me to good music.

  • I KNOW this is one of the most important powerful musical compositions ever written. Its power enters the realm of magic and true magicians

  • This is Beautiful

  • why do we try to categorize every band, as if we still went shopping for their albums in the stores in person? three genres bad good awesome. awesome.

  • @piratemuncher78

Simply put, given a genre it makes it easier to find tons of other artists you'll like. We don't categorize artists to limit them.

  • Thank you, Pandora.

  • Haha its raining out side right now.

  • Crimen Sollicitationis

  • Love this song. Anybody else gets here thanks to Echoes?

  • @TheAlienne

    I don't remember if that's how I got here, but I sure love Echoes! Best radio program E V E R.

  • @sk8nowplease

    That it is!

  • @JJN2009

    Is there any other ones?

    Im really into this, lol.

  • @sk8nowplease

Radiohead is quite similar in music style, though with some lyrics.

  • @mbf111

I disagree. Radiohead has like six listenable tracks out of what, about a hundred in total? Their music is completely different from Album Leaf's.

  • @d3st88

I'll be honest, I'm not very familiar with Album Leaf, but from what I've heard Radiohead is what comes to mind. This is a little more mellow than Radiohead. And I'd say "Listenable" is all based on the individual listening; I find the majority of Radiohead's work appealing! :)

You're probably more correct about the similarity, though I'd still direct someone to Radiohead if they liked this music.

  • @sk8nowplease

Check out 'eDIT' - 'Crying over prose for no reason' (eDIT is from The Glitch Mob - but his first album was so melodic - I'm pretty sure you'd appreciate it!)

  • @Cowardstalklowdest

I know ediT but they havn't came out with any new songs, well as far as i know, so i stopped listening to them.

  • @sk8nowplease

    M83

    port-royal

    The Flashbulb

    Helios

    múm

    Lemongrass

    The Postal Service

And many, many more great artists.

  • @sk8nowplease The Genre is referred to as Post Rock.

  • @sk8nowplease The Album Leaf has a strong tie to the Post-Rock and Instrumental genres. They have relations with bands like Explosions In The Sky, Final Days Society, Balmorhea, Toe, Kwoon, etc... check out genres similar to The Album Leaf at postrockXchange --hope this is of assistance to you! (it has helped me on my quest)

  • @sk8nowplease Ambient!
