I really like my eyeliner pen... i cant use regular liquid eyeliner, and mine doesnt hurt. I recomend using yours when your eye is open.

a good thing to do when your eye liner is really hard and dry is to get a lighter and run the eyeliner through it like twice. do not hold it under because it will melt. just pass it through and you will see a big difference.
